Steve, a native of New York who moved to Salt Lake City in 1982, was first drawn to Utah for the mountain experience, as well as the University of Utah. An avid outdoorsman, he ran a successful sporting goods outlet for 10 years before launching his career in real estate. Steve has lived in and/or owned properties in Harvard/Yale, Capitol Hill, The Avenues, Liberty Park, U of U, Holladay and Sugarhouse areas. These experiences have given Steve first-hand knowledge of business transactions and property management, and ensures his desire to create an effortless and fruitful experience for his clients. His love of the outdoors has enabled him to sell in varied resort properties including Park City, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and Ogden Valley (Powder Mountain and Snowbasin).Having owned and managed many investment properties, Steve understands cash flow, capital appreciation and management strategies.
When he's not helping clients, Steve enjoys snowboarding, skiing, biking and spending time with his family and pets.
